This sheet cake's elegant pink design will make any event special. It's delicious and is sure to be a hit with your guests!
This cake is 3.5" high, and has a whipped cream mask. Its base is sponge and/or sfoglia (depending on the flavour), and it's made with 2-3 layers of flavoured custard cream (depending on the flavour, see product image gallery for more details).
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"
Note: The flavours "Italian Rum", "All Chocolate", "Diplomatico", and "Traditional Sfoglia" will be made with nuts and alcohol syrup, unless the nut-free and/or alcohol-free preferences are selected. The flavours "Hazelnut", "Hazelnut Sfoglia", "Pistachio Sfoglia" and "Bacio Sfoglia" contain nuts, and CANNOT be made nut-free. The flavour "Lemon Custard" contains alcohol syrup, and CANNOT be made alcohol-free. All other flavours are always nut-free and alcohol-free.

The Italian rum cake was the perfect size for a luncheon of 92 guests, it looked lovely and tasted fabulous. It was a great choice for our 7oth anniversary.
