Indulge in the traditional tastes of Italian sfoglia with this classic cake. Made from only the best ingredients, this delectable treat is guaranteed to satisfy your craving!
This cake is 3.5” high, and has a square shape (1/2 slab and full slab sizes are rectangular). It has 2 layers of chocolate custard cream and one layer of vanilla custard cream.
1/2 Slab = 14" X 10"
3/4 Slab = 14" X 14"
Full Slab = 21" X 14"
Note: This cake will be made with nuts, unless the nut-free preference is selected.
We recommend our Sfoglia cakes to be purchased and consumed the same day they are ordered for. If consumed the next day, or more than 12 hours, sfoglia cakes may change in texture, and overall aesthetic such as cracking due to the layers of sfoglia inside. Please note that the cake will still be edible for 2-3 days after the order date.

I really impressed everyone with this cake. I have never received rave reviews as I did with this cake. Not only did it look gorgeous, but the taste was out of this world - light and just the right amount of sweetness.
Tre Mari never disappoints. The cake looked beautiful. So light and fresh. It was a bonus we got to surprise my father with a stunning image of him on the cake. Turned out beautifully!

I just ordered a traditional sfoglia for the 3rd time in the last year and as always, it was delicious and fresh. They are very consistent and they get it right every time. This is my go to Bakery for cakes, pastries and their hot plate is amazing. I challenge anyone to find a better Sfoglia in the city!
