This sfoglia cake is 3.5" high and has a whipped cream mask. The flavour "Traditional Sfoglia" has 2 layers of chocolate custard cream and one layer of vanilla custard cream. The flavour "Sfoglia with Fresh Strawberries" has 2 layers of vanilla custard cream with fresh strawberries.

Note: The flavour “Traditional Sfoglia” will be made with nuts, unless the nut-free preference is selected. The flavour "Sfoglia with Fresh Strawberries" is always nut-free.
We recommend our Sfoglia cakes to be purchased and consumed the same day they are ordered for. If consumed the next day, or more than 12 hours, sfoglia cakes may change in texture, and overall aesthetic such as cracking​​ due to the layers of sfoglia inside. Please note that the cake will still be edible for 2-3 days after the order date.
